Falling In Love with Nature...All Over Again!

While in my backyard another day, I saw some interesting things that God had planted...WEEDS! Yes, I said weeds. I've driven myself mad trying to destroy these pesty growths from my yard, but they keep coming back. What I didn't realize, until today, is that they are truely beautiful. God even managed to make weeds pretty. Look at these flowers. Do you recognize them??? They are the flowers from the clover that grows in patches in your lawn. I use to hate them. But wow...they are truely amazing flowers!

How about Crabgrass??? Not my favorite plant on the planet...but still very interesting when you take the time to look at it's complexity. Maybe even a little pretty! Shhh, don't tell anyone that I actually took a picture of crabgrass (in my neighbor's yard, of course!).

.
Flowers are always considered beautiful gifts. Look at these beauties!

.
I love these little babies, just getting ready to sprout!
While snapping away at the flowers, I did find something I never really noticed before. A dying flower! It was so pretty. I don't think all flowers die this nice. This one was exceptionally neat!

Okay and some of my favorite visitors lately...Bugs!

Aren't they cute!?!
I hope you enjoyed my finds of the day!

Hi Carla. Great pictures! When I was a kid, I used to pick 3 long stemmed clover flowers, braid them together and make a living ring. With the red clover, you can pull the blossoms out of the flower, suck on the bottom of them. It's very sweet. That was something else I did when I was a kid.
